Not saying stealing is ok but there are exceptions if a poor people steal food in order to survive but as soon they can pay the food store or owner back for the stolen food and repents before God of Bible Gods Word also, God will forgive that person.
If a poor person steal food in order to survive without repent and pay the one they stold food from money back then its more serious.
If a child or poor person steal food to survive and cannot pay back but in their heart repents and infront of God of Bible and ask the person or food store they stole food from for forgivness well in those cases not know how God will decide, but overall sure God will forgive that poor person or poor child.
However if a poor person repents infron of God of Bible Gods Word and do all he or shee can to pay back for the food they stole in order to survive well then God Trinity Yahweh of Bible Gods Word will forgive them.

Best is to seek Gods kingdowm and rightoussness first and let God and Jesus Christ Gods son provide all our needs so none needs to steal food to survive.
